This classic toy is a 4 wheeled scooter designed for ages 1-4. It has been very well loved! the black ossicones (AKA horns) and blue reins are missing. head needs to be tightened with glue. The paint is chipped, scratched and scuffed. The wheels also show signs of use. One wheel is missing a red hub cab. It is 17.5 inches high , 18 inches long and 9 inches wide. Circa 1960s.
