This vintage Circus Train Spinning Top is made by Ohio Art. It is tin with a vibrant Lithograph design portraying circus animals in train cars on the upper portion and a circus tent design o n the bottom portion of the toy. It is 5.5 inches in diameter and the height goes from 5.0 inches to 8 inches when the handled is extended. There is a small dent near the seam and a few scratches in the paint from normal usage.
