It is white and yellow plastic. It has a simulated sliding tuning switch and round wind up knob. The is a picture of a rainbow that rotates as the Song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" plays. On the back of the toy is a decal with a picture of a boy and girl walking on a rainbow while holding hands. It also contains the lyrics to the song. Condition is good. Circa 1981.
