The color is jadite (a very pale blue). It was part of a children's tea set produced during the Great Depression. The material is platonite which was stronger and more translucent than traditional milk glass. There is a tiny (1 mm) chip on the corner of the handle (see photo). It is 1.5 inches tall, and 2 inches in diameter, excluding the spout and handle which add an additional inch in the overall size. Circa 1930s-1940s. (1.5 oz)
